<p class="Paragraph">You can modify an existing installation of <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> by adding new components and removing installed ones.</p>

<p class="P2">Start the <span class="T1">Setup Program</span> of <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> <help:switch select="System" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><help:case select="WIN">either via the Windows start menu or </help:case><help:case select="UNIX">either via the start bar or </help:case></help:switch> directly from the <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> installation folder.</p>

<p class="P2">Select the installation option <span class="T1">Modify</span> from the installation dialog and follow the instructions on the screen. In the dialogs that follow, you can select particular components for installation or deinstallation.</p>
